It might be an idea to build an icon set though, this is just an opinion... but I feel that the contrast of the icon set feels a little too harsh, other than that nice work
Regarding icons, if you mean from scratch, that's not a thing I'd ever do (since it needs lots and lots of effort and patience)! But building an icon set out of existing icons/icon sets, that's somehow what I've been doing for a long time, only till it covers my needs though. Making a whole and complete uniform icon set takes a lot of effort anyways.

The terminal is KDE's Konsole. It's really got a high level of customizability, just like any other component of KDE
Yeah I may be a fan of glossiness, but I know it can easily make a style look cheap and plastic like, thus I use it with too much caution or even obssession! If you think anything is out of place or just too much just tell me, because I'll probably release the style.
I think you should release your styles and configs how you like it!
